| Former TTP spokes person Shahid ullah Shahid killed in drone attack |
According to the Afghan media ,former Tehreek e Taliban spokesperson
and recent IS (Daesh) leader for province Khorasan Shahid ullah Shahid , has been
killed in a US drone attack in Achin district in eastern Nangarhar, in which
the deputy commander of Daesh Gul Zaman, his deputy and five others were also
killed. He was the third most senior commander
of Daesh in Afghanistan being killed over the past few months.
Shahid ullah Shahid had pledged allegiance to the Islamic State group last October and was later sacked by the TTP.
